Was throughly satisfied with their services. Soft washed gutters and eves along with 2 sets of brick steps and hand rails. Also cleaned the roof of debris that had accumulated over time. Daniel was very professional during the quoting process and answered all of our questions. Would recommend his companys services to anyone.

Prompt and thorough
Daniel seems to really care about his business and is willing to make things right. The house looked noticeably cleaner after they came out. After reaching out to him about our back windows having a soap film after they left, he came back out and fixed it, and they look fantastic. Overall we are pleased with his services, and going with someone that is insured and knowledgeable was comforting.
We have used DK Rodgers for several years pressure washing our house and sidewalk. This year, he replaced our gutter guards and saved us thousands of dollars compared to the quote from a well-known gutter replacement company. All prices are agreed upon ahead of time-no hidden costs. Great communication and dependable. Love supporting a local, small business owner.

Fantastic father and son team did an excellent job on soft washing my stucco house, making it appear freshly painted after exerting their best efforts in removing accumulated stains and bugs, in addition to leaving my exterior windows sparkling. They were very careful to not disturb the nesting bird on my porch or harm the plants around the house. They were very professional and conscientious, and I would highly recommend their services!

Working with DK Rogers team was great from start to finish. It was easy to get an estimate, and get the work scheduled. Once on-site and seeing how great the work was I added on the driveway and side fence too. The guys were nice, friendly, and looked forward to seeing the finished product as much as I was. To that, I couldn’t believe how nice everything turned out. If you’re looking to clean up a dirty exterior, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

DK Rodgers soft washed the exterior of our large 2 story home yesterday, removing dirt and mold from the brick and siding to make the house look brand new. You may be able to find a cheaper exterior house cleaner from someone who provides this service as a side business, but won't find a better value for your money or a get a more thorough, quality job than will with DK Rodgers. We will be using them again next time, I'm sure.

I called Daniel when I was putting my house up on the market for sale . I needed it all ...the house, my concrete driveway, patio, sidewalk, wooden steps, pool area, and wood decking. He was able to start right away . When I came back after he was finished I literally CRIED everything was so clean bright and white. Even my old decking looked brand new. He uses technology and chemistry to get the best results I've seen. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I will never call anyone else for pressure washing services except Daniel again!!! By the way my house went under contract within weeks.
They missed the original morning schedule due to unforeseen circumstances but did the right thing and called to alert us that they would arrive after lunch and complete job that afternoon. Our home, driveway and walkway look brand new! We have had several people ask if we repainted as the painted white areas are as clean and white as can be. Gutters had been uncleaned since my wife and I moved in a year ago. I called D.K. rodgers and Daniel gave me an itemized quote. He was extremely responsive and flexible with his schedule. I called him back a couple weeks later and the gutters have never looked better. I have a high roof line and he managed to get all the tough spots and pick up sticks off the roof. Our property looks great! We are so pleased with DK Rodgers' work. Daniel spent time explaining what we could expect from his services and gave a fair quote on the work. I thought pressure washing was high-powered water cleaning but after talking with him I found there is so much more to it! On the scheduled cleaning day he and his crew arrived promptly and went above and beyond to clean our brick home, walkways, patio, and driveway. The crew also cleaned our brick retaining wall, our gutters, the porch columns...literally every part of the exterior of our home, as we'd asked. The crew used soft-power wash where appropriate and power-washing on the tougher parts. Buh-bye mold and mildew on the sidewalk and patio! Daniel personally made sure that every detail was to our satisfaction (including our windows and even our basketball goal backboard!) We were shocked at how much cleaner everything was--it looked like we had repainted all of our trim because it was so bright and our driveway looked twice as big since it was free of the inevitable dirt and mildew buildup that happen outdoors. Highly recommend!

They keep in touch to let you know exactly when they’ll be at your home & you can reach out to them whenever necessary. He came on time & didn’t leave until we checked & approved their work. Our driveway looks 20 years newer! Didn’t think that was possible! They were also able to clean our garage floor which was no easy job. It is 100% nicer now. He.came highly recommended & we are happy to agree!

Needed my roof cleaned due to noticing a little mosslike growth on my shingles. I found DK Rodgers on a Google search and read thru the reviews. I called, sent pictures of my roof right then and right away they emailed me an estimate. We made an appointment and they came out and done an excellent job on my roof. I also had them do a side of my house where I haven't been able to get to with my little pressure washer. Answered my call immediately (which in my experience is unheard of), was respectful and friendly, fit us in at the last minute because we had last minute company coming, pricing was fair, and they were super professional the entire time. We were fortunate enough to win a raffle with the prize being a driveway & walkway pressure wash by DK Rodgers Roof & Exteriors. Since we live in a condo and really don't have a driveway per se, we asked to have the walkway in front of our building cleaned. It probably had not been pressure washed in many, many years, if ever. Many parts of the walkway were completely black from mold and filth. With Daniel's careful attention to detail and methodical cleaning, our walkway is now so bright that I have joked it's almost blinding in its brightness! He did a remarkable job that we are very pleased with. We are recommending his services to other condo owners and to our property management company. One of our neighbors has already asked if we can give him their phone number so they can have their walkway done too.

The results were so outstanding that we called him to come back and wash the entire house (stucco) which is 23 years old. We now look like a brand new house! Daniel, the owner, did a great job on the power washing of our house. End result was fantastic as the dirt has been removed from the gutters and the eaves. He was prompt in getting here for an estimate after our initial call and was able to complete the work within a week. I was impressed that he took the added measure of taping our outdoor electrical outlets to protect them from any water damage however, my only complaint is that tape was never removed by him. When I was able to get around to removing the tape 3 days later it was difficult to remove and took me much effort to remove the remnant tape and sticky residue for my outdoor outlets. When I hire contractors I don't want additional work created for me. That being said, he did a great job and was a delightful guy to work with.
