The back of this house had a pretty heavy buildup of algae and grime running down the siding - the kind that creeps in slowly and starts looking like part of the house. The pool deck had that same worn, dingy look you see when concrete has been sitting through season after season without a good cleaning. Both issues are super common on homes with mature tree coverage and a pool nearby.

We tackled the siding with a soft wash approach. That means we're not blasting the surface with high pressure - we're applying a cleaning solution that actually kills the organic growth at the source, then rinsing it away. The result is clean siding that stays cleaner longer, without any risk of damage to the panels or trim.

The pool deck got its own treatment. Concrete around a pool picks up algae, sunscreen residue, and general foot traffic grime. It also gets slippery. Cleaning it isn't just about looks - it's about having a surface that's actually safe to walk on with wet feet. That matters a lot when kids are running around the pool edge.

What we ended up with was a backyard that looked like it belonged to the same house again. Clean siding, clean concrete, everything matching up. It's one of those jobs where the difference is hard to miss once you see the before and after side by side.
